e-mail / phone-call

If you send us enquiries using e-mails, your details from the enquiry, including the contact data you have provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry, questions on our part and in the context of an order with us. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties with your express consent. Excluded from this are logistics companies that need the information so that your desired coffee products can be sent to you.

The duration of the storage of your personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period (e.g. commercial and tax retention periods). After expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that they are no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of the contract and/or there is no longer any legitimate interest on our part in the further storage.

4. Plugins and tools

Google Maps

This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. It is operated by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

To use Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of making our website appealing and to facilitate the location of places specified by us on the website. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
