OUR CANCELLATION POLICY AND YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Right of cancellation
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activities (§ 13 BGB).

Cancellation and return procedure
As a consumer in accordance with § 13 BGB, you are no longer bound to your order if you cancel the sales contract within a period of two weeks after receipt of the goods. You do not need to provide any reason for the cancellation. Cancellations can be made in writing or by returning the goods.

The deadline is met if the goods or the written cancellation are received within the two-week period. If the goods we delivered do not correspond to the goods you ordered, we will refund the return shipping costs. In all other cases, you will be required to pay the costs of the return shipping. We generally refuse to accept freight collect returns (i.e. returns for which the postage has not yet been paid). The cancellation or return must be addressed to:

The goods must be returned complete, in the unopened original packaging and in a resalable condition. If you have ordered coffee that we ground according to your specifications, then a return or cancellation is not possible.

If the returned goods have a defect caused by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any loss of value and the customer must provide compensation for the loss of value.

After the customer has returned the goods within the two-week period, we will carry out a thorough examination of the goods, the sales contract will be cancelled and all payments already made will be transferred back to your bank account, minus any costs related to loss of value (see above).
