Welcome to The Senses of Coffee.
Together, we’ll travel from the mountains of Mexico to your cup, following the journey of a single coffee cherry.
Discover how coffee grows, what life is like on a small specialty coffee farm, and how hundreds of decisions — from planting and harvesting to processing and drying — shape the flavour in your cup.
Along the way, you’ll see, touch, smell, hear and, of course, taste coffee in ways you probably never have before.
This is more than a tasting.
It’s an invitation to slow down, ask questions and discover the story behind one of the world’s most familiar drinks.
Because understanding coffee begins long before drinking it.
